The village of Costa d'en Blanes is separated from Portals Nous only by a highway. However, it is much higher than Portals Nous and offers fantastic views of the town and the marina, allowing us to see the entire coastline from Palma to Magaluf. In this village of 2000 people, one beautiful villa follows another.

The name of the place Costa d'en Blanes refers to the former owners of the land in this area. In fact, the entire area belonged to the Blanes family. Even today, much of the land west of Mallorca is owned by the heirs of this family. Many street names in the city are derived from the name of the founding family.
If you live near Portals Nous and the adjacent marina Puerto Portals, you should definitely visit both. Portals Nous has two beautiful beaches to offer, Platja de s'Oratori and Platja d'en Blanes. The former is a bit quieter and especially suitable for families, as the beach slopes gently down to the sea.
Puerto Portals is a modern port of call, especially popular with high society. This is the best place to see luxury yachts, cars, boutiques and restaurants. If you enjoy watching other tourists stroll around, you will get your money's worth here. If you are interested in celebrities, you will probably see some here as well.

This marina is only 10 km from the center of Palma and 16 km from the airport. It has 650 berths with a length from 8 to 60 meters and an exclusive shopping area that offers a wide range of quality additional services: Restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques, nautical companies, jewelry stores, perfumeries and real estate agents.
